Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner, a gentle, moisturizing tonic suitable for all skin types, including the most sensitive. It is blend with various botanical extracts and soothing ingredients that rejuvenate and restore skin. It balances the skin's pH and enhances the effectiveness of your overall skin care routine. It contains phyto-oligos that hydrate the skin and relieve dryness, and wheat amino acids that help soothe skin irritations. It has high skin penetration and high moisturizing power. The hyaluronic acid and β-glucan ingredients provide over 20% more hydration than typical toners. This unscented version is fragrance free and excludes all essential oils. The ingredients are suitable for all skin types, containing moisturizing ingredients such as soothing herbal extracts, hyaluronic acid and soothing bottle pools.
How to use:
1. After cleansing the face, apply an appropriate amount of the toner either with your palm or with a cotton pad.
2. Pat your skin gently for better absorption.

You will receive your order through DHL, FedEx or Hong Kong Post. We may opt to use different shipping providers, to improve your experience. The average shipping duration is 5-10 business days to the EU and US markets, such as Germany, France, Netherlands and Switzerland.

How can I pay for my order?
We are currently able to accept credit card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank deposits. We are working on offering you more convenient options in the near future.
When will I receive my order?
The regular duration for shipments to the EU, UK or USA is 7-14 days. We have observed packages arriving in Germany, Switzerland and France within just 5 days. However, occasional custom control may impacting shipping durations. Please refer to our shipping policy to find more information for your destination.
Do I have to pay taxes?
You do not have to pay taxes. We pay the taxes for you. For our EU customers those taxes are paid in advance. This avoids the most delays. Most other countries we ship to have tax free import thresholds, so you won’t have to pay tax. Please check the regulations applicable to you.

Can I return my order?
